Partner Site

The QIC-AG is pleased to announce the following states/counties have been selected as partner sites:

  • Illinois
  • New Jersey
  • North Carolina – Catawba County
  • Tennessee
  • Texas
  • Vermont
  • The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska
  • Wisconsin

Over the course of the 5-year project, the eight sites will partner with the QIC-AG to develop evidence-based models of support and intervention to achieve long-term, stable permanency in adoptive and guardianship homes for waiting children as well as for children and families after adoption or guardianship has been finalized.

The QIC-AG team will work closely with the partner sites to identify and implement a specific evaluable intervention that fits well with each site’s continuum of services. The interventions will be rigorously evaluated to determine their effectiveness. In addition, the QIC-AG will work with partner sites to develop system capacity that promotes and supports adoption and guardianship throughout their continuum of services.

Check back for updates on the interventions chosen by the partner sites.
