He will discuss the current evaluation landscape including a national picture of child welfare evaluation and the types of evaluation design that can be used to augment our understanding of child welfare practice. In addition, Dr. Testa will begin to address the complexities that often exist when trying to balance evaluation and practice in a child welfare setting.
