Program/Intervention Description
What: The CWBP has three componenets: Success Coaching-needs assessment, service coordination, crisis intervention and skill building; Educational Advoacy Services and clinical and consultant services relative to mental health issues; education and support How: Services are provided free of charge and include: connecting families to community resources, helpin parents assess their child’s needs, providing adoption education and training, offering opportunities to connect with other adoptive families, offering support for special school needs, helping families manage crisis, providing individual, family, and group counseling, and teach parenting strategies that really work.
