SUCCESS COACH: Post-Adoption Services in Catawba County, North Carolina Available to Intercountry and Private Domestic Adoptive Families

The National Quality Improvement Center for Adoption and Guardianship Support and Preservation (QIC-AG) is hosting a webinar to provide an overview of Success Coach services, which includes ongoing support and enhanced case management to children and families to promote placement stabilization and child wellbeing. Success Coach services are available to families in Catawba County who adopted through the Child Welfare System; and the intercountry or private domestic process. Post adoption services are available in all other regions of North Carolina and information about how to access those services be shared.
