Recently instituted, the annual subsidy renewal form has been modified to include the following question: Since the last review, is your child experiencing an increase in mental health needs? The statewide adoption program manager receives these forms and contact any family that responds affirmatively. The APM evaluates the family's situation and connect the family to the Mental Health Coordinator for their area. The family is contacted within 48 hours.
