Program/Intervention Description

Aims to improve depression outcomes (remission and response to medication treatment ) of individuals in rural primary care clinics. Treatment occurs through partnerships with on-site non-physician primary care providers (Physician's Assistant) and off-site mental health specialists using technologies such as telephone, interactive video, and internet.
