QIChat – VT

This is a recording of the QIC-Chat presented April 18th, 2018.

This QIChat highlighted the intervention that Vermont has implemented to support children and families that have achieved permanence. Vermont will discuss lessons learned while implementing the Vermont Permanency Survey which was designed to help the site learn about the experiences of families both pre- and post-permanency, inform practice, and connect families to needed resources. This QIChat provides an overview of the intervention and highlight adaptation, recruitment and retention efforts that Vermont has made to implement the intervention into their system.
